• How can I pay for my order?
  PayPal, Western Union and T/T are preferred, so just tell us which one is easier for you. Then we will send you our bank details. Or as your request.
• How to purchase order?
  Please send us your purchase order by Email, Trade Manager or Skype, or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order.
• How many days does it take to prepare the order?
  Generally, it takes 3-5 days for spot products and 5-15 days for other regular products. Of course, if you need, we can also handle urgent orders.
• How can I receive the goods?
  We usually use DHL, UPS, FedEX to ship samples. For bulk orders, we support air or sea transportation.
• What should I do if the courier (UPS/TNT/DHL/FEDEX) loses or damages my package?
  If you do not receive the package on time, please contact us to assist you in tracking. If you receive a damaged package or any broken/lost products, please take a photo, refuse to sign for it, and send the photo to us. We will contact the courier company for claim and provide free replacement if necessary.
• What should I do if the product I received is not consistent with the purchase order?
  Take photos for evidence and contact us to negotiate a claim as soon as possible. Our business manager will serve every customer's trust.
• Can you customize according to our design and put our logo on the product?
  Of course, we support standard and customized products, and can put your logo on the product (please send your logo file in AI, CDR or high resolution format, such as PDF or JPG）
• Can I get samples?
  Of course, we can provide existing samples (1-3) for free for confirmation, and can be returned for free after order confirmation.
• Can I purchase a sample order first?
  Of course, we have a marked minimum order quantity for each product. Since new customers are not familiar with our products, they can contact our business manager to discuss the issue of sample orders. Customers need a process from unfamiliar to familiar.
